About This Project

By 2015 more than a million passengers will pass through Dunedin airports doors annually. The airport was upgraded in 2008 to accommodate this rapid increase in passenger numbers.  Arrow’s role involved strategy management, delivering a business case for shareholders as well as life-cycle costing to deliver a best-value 20-year solution. The construction of the 10,600m² project included a domestic and international terminal that would accommodate current passenger loads and allow for future expansion. Car parking and access roads were also upgraded.

Unique Aspects

A fast track and staged delivery in an operational environment. Coordination of government and commercial tenancy fitouts. The management of over 70 stakeholder requirements including design and liaison throughout project.

I have had nothing but positive feedback about the terminal. There are those in the airport industry who are scratching their heads and wondering how we have achieved what we have. I would like to express my thanks to the team at Arrow International for supporting our vision and joining our team to make this happen."
