Adding value from concept to completion
The Wigan Apartments in Central Wellington are an excellent example of how early involvement can lead to better outcomes for clients.
Arrow worked closely with Taranaki Land Limited (TLL) to value engineer the design to reduce the cost and programme. A flexible layout was designed which will enable TLL to adapt the building for future market demands. Smart building techniques enabled construction to be completed in less than 12 months.

The Wigan consists of 73 one bedroom fully contained apartments and a retail space on the ground floor.
