WHY WORK AT ARROW?
Arrow International is one of New Zealand’s premier construction organisations, with annual revenue of $400m and employing over 450 staff spread across ten regional offices.
From humble beginnings in 1984 based out of Dunedin, Arrow has delivered over 3000 projects across New Zealand and the Pacific. Along the way, we’ve built a reputation for taking on complex projects – projects that are logistically challenging, or with programme, cost or quality requirements that are beyond those normally achieved in the industry. We do this by working alongside our clients and applying our practical building experience to develop innovative solutions.
We’re always on the lookout for construction professionals, including Site Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Project Administrators.
Ron Anderson and Bob Foster started Arrow with the belief that there was a better way of delivering construction projects. Challenging the norm in 1984, they focused solely on the client and began to approach projects differently. The legacy of Ron and Bob lives on; we look for people who are not afraid to question the norm, are passionate about construction and work with integrity.
This distinctive style of working means we attract and retain some of the best minds in the business. Many of our people have been recognised with national industry awards.
In return we offer a level of opportunity that is defined only by your ability. Arrow International is a place where initiative and innovation have no road-blocks.
