The Remarkables Ski Field Base Building won the Holmes Consulting Group Tourism and Leisure Property Award at the Property Council New Zealand Awards on Friday night.

The night is an annual celebration of excellence in property development judged on economic and financial factors, project vision and innovation, design and construction, owner and user satisfaction, and sustainability and efficiency of operation.

This year Arrow had five projects nominated as finalists. The Remarkables Base Building won the top prize in the Tourism and Leisure Property category. The Christchurch North Methodist Church was awarded an Excellence Award in the Special Purpose Property category and the Kainga Tuatahi – Ngati Whatua Orakei’s residential development received a Merit award within the Multi Unit Residential category in Auckland.

The Massey University Albany Student Accommodation project and the Sudima Hotel in Christchurch were both finalists in their respective categories.
